The Atlas Hope Ultra brings first-time ultra runners and
seasoned athletes together for a special all-inclusive 5-day experience in Morocco’s High Atlas Mountains, built around
a single-day 60km Ultra and two hosted community impact
days, to support and uplift earthquake-affected communities.

How Atlas Hope creates impact:
▹ Fundraising supports projects in Atlas Mountains communities.
▹ Paid local work (logistics, cooking, route support, aid stations)
▹ Event sponsors can fund specific community needs (e.g. winter supplies).
▹ Global awareness: the event amplifies long-term support for these villages.
The event is a fundraising challenge where you'll connect with the communities you've supported, who were affected by the 2023 earthquake in the Atlas Mountains. You'll then then take on the 60K Ultra on Day 3.
Fundraising is facilitated transparently through our partner, The High Atlas Foundation- an award-winning Moroccan association & US non-profit.

8 - 12 October, 2026
Day 1: Runner's Welcome Dinner
Taj Atlas Hotel- Amizmiz, Morocco.
Thursday, October 8th, 2026.
Arrive at the Taj Atlas Hotel, located in the foothills of The Atlas Mountains, where you'll be greeted warmly by fellow runners and the Atlas Hope team. We open the week with a private welcome dinner.
After dedicating months to training, preparation, and fundraising, this moment marks a special opportunity to finally unite with us and your teammates in person.
Day 2: Community Visit- Impact Day
Friday, October 9th, 2026.
After breakfast we travel into the mountains to meet the communities you’ve supported. You’ll see the impact first-hand and take part in a hosted community day.
Engage with these communities, and offer a helping hand in field work, adding yet another meaningful dimension to your Atlas Hope experience.
Day 3: Race Day
Saturday, October 10th, 2026.
Early start! A fully supported 60km course through the Atlas Mountains, finishing back at the hotel. Long miles, lasting change.
As a runner, your partner, family members, and friends are welcome to join the support team.
Day 4: Local Children's Race & Award's Ceremony
Sunday, October 11th, 2026.
We join the annual local Kids’ Race, then celebrate both local runners and Atlas Hope finishers in an awards moment and final night together- capping off five days of endurance, impact, and connection.
Day 5: Farewell Breakfast & Checkout
Monday, October 12th, 2026.
A relaxed, reflective breakfast to close the event — final goodbyes, photos, and a proper send-off. We’ll coordinate and pre-book taxis for all runners to Marrakech city or the airport, so your departure is smooth and stress-free.

Atlas Hope was born from the desire to use Ultra running to ignite fundraising campaigns worldwide, designed to act as a collective force that uplifts disadvantaged communities.
Morocco lacks impactful charity-based endurance events.
Our Ultra event will raise substantial funding to support underprivileged and affected Moroccan communities.

We require a €500 fundraising target:
Funded by friends, family, and personal networks. We'll set up a fundraising page on The High Atlas Foundation's website for you and support you to reach the goal! Sponsored runners have a €1,000 target.
